its BEEN AGES since i've been on xanga!! like TWO MONTHS!!??

school is so busy!! so much work to do....a work-filled week has just ended.....really a lot of work this week..i am glad its over and now i can relax.....lots of assignments and assessments this year though which will make me quite loaded with work!

but only two more school weeks to go then first term's over!!! Wow time really flies!!!!! One quarter of the school year is nearly finished??? I think i still cannot believe I am in year10! As in, I keep thinking I'm not, but then I have to think again...

Years are going by so fast....next thing i know, i would have finished school...
now is the time to play some online gamess...:D i've started playing texas holdem poker, big 2 and scrabble online! Quite fun and good for your brain I must say!

once again, we're back to moving.......... this time back to St Ives- bye bye to Waitara..

It's been nine months since we've moved in....... and it feels soo sad to leave Waitara.......even though were only here for hardly a year, i think we grew a very strong attachment to this place.....and it will be so hard to not forget living here
We have had all the good times of 2008 here.........birthdays, christmas.....and also studying, playing piano, cooking in the small kitchen, walking to the shopping centre, walking to the train station, taking the lift, things like that....... so sad .......

but on the bright side: we have a new house to move in to.......where we will have many more years of memories to create....but saying goodbye to Waitara and to our old house seems so hard because we will never experience all those good times..

byebye waitara...thanks for everything...

here it is, the last day of the year 2008

there are only four and a half hours left of 2008......then it'll be 2009!
I think this year has been a great year! I feel that it has been an extremely eventful year in all aspects of my life..........the biggest of all is definitely the construction of our new home, followed by the holidays to Victoria and South Australia and of course, Singapore (which is most probably my last trip there for maybe- forever?). It was kk's last year at school and also the year when he did his HSC.
I think a lot has happened in my life apart from all these highlights, and I hope next year will be as exciting, busy and interesting as this year turned out to be!

Holidays!!!

but, i didn't feel all that happy on the last day of school. In fact, after i left school, i felt sad that school had ended........all the routines just stopped!! It was so sad too because it was my last train ride to school.........
..but on the other side of things, it is after all the holidays! Holidays=school free days! Yay!
The weekend that has just passed was great as well!!

So many things happened......
the most important : AUNTY PAT a.k.a. paddypoo LEFT FOR SHANGHAI!!!!!

no more going to her place, or meeting with her for dinner.....once again we are relative-less in Sydney and right where we were two years ago before she moved to sydney..
but the last two days with her were the best! On friday, she came over and stayed with us for her last night in Sydney......I taught her a card game that I had played all day in school...it was fun...a real heart-attacking game! On saturday, we had a big breakfast at Wahroonga, then we saw our house, then me and kk followed paddypoo to her place for a final cleanup. I helped her vacuum her place, but her friend's vacuum cleaner wasn't very effective: it was funny when paddypoo made fun of that! hahahahahha
Oh yeah, after that she brought us to the golf driving range and I hit my first golf ball!! I hit it right near to the 100m mark, kk hit much further.....paddypoo says we are natural golf player....but hmm..who knows?
Well, all good things have to end, and this one surely did....we sadly farewelled her at the airport in the evening and drove back paddypoo-less...

I hope she visits us annually, but I hope she has a great time in Shanghai!

Now, let 38 school free days begin..

It's thursday morning, but it feels like friday morning already!!
Wow, these last two weeks of school are taking sooooo long to pass, well at least feels like it is.........
korkor got his HSC (a levels) results yesterday morning! He got four band 6's and two band 5's! That's really good! Today, he'll get his UAI (University Admittance Index).....I wonder what he'll get..hmm
Oh yeah, we're not moving back until early Jan...so at least we'll spend christmas and new year in our flat here! :D

the year passing so fast....this one is nearlyyy over and another one is on its way.........
